Coach Tibi
The primary field coach for Next Level is Coach Tibi. Coach Tibi is currently the Head Soccer Coach at Magnificat High School, division 1. Coach Tibi has an extensive history of playing and coaching soccer. He has spent the past twelve years coaching girls’ varsity including Laurel School and Solon High School and premier club soccer, Cleveland Select and Ohio Premier Soccer Club. Coach Tibi holds a United States Soccer Federation “C” License.
Born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, Coach Tibi has been playing soccer since he was eight years old. Beginning is 1986, he played professional soccer for eight years for BP Volan SC. He was also a member of the Youth National Budapest team competing against AC Milan Anderlecht, Stuttgart, 1 FC Koln, Torino, Gent, St Etienne, Montpellier, etcetera. After 1991, he played in various leagues until 1994 when he immigrated to Cleveland, Ohio.



Coach Joe Cuini
Joe and Tibi similarly met when they coached together at Cleveland Select. Joe coached eleven years with the Gilmour Academy soccer program. In his first season at the helm of the program, Ciuni directed the team to a 22-1-0 finish that included sectional, district and regional championships, as well as the school's first-ever OHSAA Division III Girls Soccer State Championship.Ciuni played both varsity and club soccer for Fairfield University. He also spent time coaching at the Gesu School, where his boys’ team earned CYO City Championships in 2006 and 2007 and his girls’ team earned CYO City Championships in 2005 and 2006. While attending Gilmour, Ciuni played varsity soccer all four years, earning the role of captain in his final two seasons. He was voted All-Greater Cleveland and All-MAC-8. Ciuni also teaches Pre-K at Gesu School.
Coach Nicole Nanchoff
Coach Nicole has been coaching with Tibi since 2009, which she joined after coaching in 2008 for Cleveland State University. They have coached together both at Laurel School and Magnificat High School. Nicole played for her family's Internationals Soccer Club from age 8-18. She also played semi-professionally for the Cleveland Internationals W-League team 2004-2008
Coach Nicole played 4 years at Walsh Jesuit with the following record: 2000 State and National Champs 23-0-0; 2001 State Champs 21-1-1; 2002 State Semi-finalists; 2003 State Semi-finalists Second Team All-Ohio. She received the MVP Midfield, Coaches Award and Captains Award. She also played 4 years at Duquesne University, which is a DI program in Atlantic 10 Conference.
At Laurel, the team were District Finalists in 2010, 2011 and State Runners Up 2012. She has been coaching at Magnificat for the past three years, with the Varsity team being District Finalist 2018. In 2019, the team had a 12-3-2 record.
A graduate with a Bachelors in Education, Coach Nicole has been a teacher in Chagrin Falls for 8 years. She recently graduated with a Masters in Literacy Education She loves teaching, spending time with family, and eating Mexican food!
Quinn Aiken
Played soccer at John Carroll University where he graduated from in 2018 with degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science. Men’s soccer team qualified for NCAA tournament twice in my four years. In high school, Quinn was a three year starter, two time ECIC all-star, and senior captain. As a team we won two Section VI championships in New York while also breaking
Quinn has set numerous school and sectional records. After high school I played for the SuperClubs National Team in England where I trained for several weeks and competed in friendlies against English Premier League academy sides such as Tottenham and Southampton. He hase coached Speed Performance with Coach Kim Curtis for four years and currently coach strength and conditioning and assist with varsity sprinting at Hathaway Brown.
