Coach Lily Regele​

Coach Lily has been playing soccer for over 10 years.  She varsity lettered for all four years of high school, and was captain at Orange High School Girls Soccer.  She played club soccer throughout her years.   She has had extensive goalkeeper training from Kronis as well as Excel Soccer Skills.  She was able to work with multiple talented goalkeeper coaches, including Coach Anton Trifonovs, Coach Brent Konieczynski, and Coach Conor Robinson.   The variety of goal keeper training has enabled her to learn a variety of techniques to train goalkeepers.

Recently, she graduated with a degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  Throughout her college years, she played club soccer for the first team, where in 2025, they competed in NIRSA Regionals in Long Island and National finals in Texas. She has been coaching with Excel for 5 years and running goalkeeper training for 4. She’s very excited to return to excel and share her knowledge and experience with growing athletes.
